Spanish plant-based food technology startup Heura grows international sales by more than percent in , challenging category dynamics.
Despite the global economy and the stagnation of the US plant-based market, Heura says it increased its turnover by percent in with a focus on technology and sustainability as it helps lead the European movement plant based.
